Privacy Policy

All the information that you give us will be kept anonymous and your details will not be shared with any other parties. Due to the nature of the intervention, other members of the group may be able to identify you, however each member will be asked to adhere to grounds rules including behaviour and information sharing.  You can tell others that you are taking part if you want to. The only time we would talk about you taking part is if you had a problem and would like to talk about it with someone.  In this case we would discuss this with you beforehand and only pass your details on with consent. Don’t forget you can ask any of the project staff questions about the project at any time, phone numbers and email addresses are provided at the end of this sheet, in case you want to ask us anything.

Safety and Security

If you choose to take part, you will be given a unique ID number, which will be used to keep all information collected anonymous and no individual findings will be disclosed to the fertility service. All information collected will remain completely anonymous and will be stored securely in a locked filing cabinet for the length of the project, and/or stored electronically on password protected computers at the Teesside University. After the project is completed, all the study materials and information will be stored securely, for up to six years by the Teesside University and then destroyed.
